"Convention Season" Rates
Beginning with the NAR convention in November, and continuing through the many franchise conventions in January,February and March, The Real Estate Professional magazine is offering very attractive “Convention Season” rates. available for ads placed between November 1, 2011 and March 31, 2012.

Advertisers who sign on during that period will have full exposure throughout the online magazine. All ads will have front-page exposure and will also appear imbedded within articles as viewers click to read. Ads will also appear within articles when they are selected for printing. Ad positions will change with each viewer click, offering equal exposure to all advertisers.

Our subscriber base now includes more than 50,000 real estate brokers and agents. We are also offering complimentary subscriptions to the leadership teams of every state and local association of Realtors, including nearly 18,000 key players who are very active in their local markets.

Buy the space, change out the message!

Utilizing our unique password-protected ad management console, advertisers can change out ad copy at any time during their ad contract. This will allow advertisers to promote a variety of different products/services with just a single ad contract, and/or to run "limited time" offers throughout the contract period.

These rates will apply to all ad space purchased before March 31, 2012.

Ad Rates:

The following "Convention Season Rates" will be available for all ads placed through March 31, 2012

Three months $500 per month Total $1,500*
Six months $400 per month Total $2,400*
Twelve months $350 per month Total $4,200*

* Total contract price must be paid in advance to obtain these discounts.

The introductory rate for a single month ad is $600. Single-month placements carry no guarantee of renewability at Introductory rates.

One vertical banner ad
This ad will appear on the front page and all secondary magazine pages. You may choose from several size options (width x height in pixels): 160x600, 300x250, 250x250.

One content-embedded ad
This ad will appear within article content on secondary magazine pages. You may choose from several size options (width x height in pixels): 300x250, 250x250, 300x100, 180x150.

Ads may be either an image (jpeg or gif) or Macromedia Flash.
