Nov 23, 2015

In an award ceremony this week,Juwai.com, the No. 1 Chinese international property portal, has been named a 2015 Red Herring Top 100 Global company. The competition was fierce among the leading private companies from North America, Europe, and Asia.

Red Herring editors were among the first to recognize that companies such as Google, Facebook, Kakao, Twitter, Rakuten, Salesforce.com, Xiaomi and YouTube would change the world.

Juwai.com’s Red Herring Top 100 Global award comes after last month’s Top Asia 100 award, in which Juwai.com was named one of Asia’s best private companies.  Juwai.com now has 2.6 million monthly visits from Chinese-speaking consumers in 315 cities in China and 48 countries around the world. The portal showcases 2.5 million listings from 89 countries. The company is headquartered in Shanghai, with additional offices in Hong Kong.

Juwai.com sends more Chinese buyer inquiries to home sellers, developers and real estate agents than any other source. The site facilitated an estimated US$4.2 billion in Chinese international real estate purchases in the 2013 calendar year. Juwai.com was the only real estate portal from anywhere in the world whose leadership was invited to speak at the G20 Global Leaders Summit pre-event in November 2014.
